Comments:
Felt pretty good today. Did a 2 mile warmup, 12x 1 min on, 2 min off, 5 minute cooldown. I started out around 5:30 pace for the first few on sections, did numbers 4 and 5 on a track at 5:20 pace, and worked my way down the rest of the workout. I am pretty confident that 9-12 were all around 5:00 pace or under. That felt really fast and i know i couldn't sustain it for a long period of time, but that is all right for now. I have got to start going to bed earlier.
