Comments:
Took a run slow on purpose for the first time in months, and it was wonderful. Beautiful fall day, and it was weird going so slow for while, but I really enjoyed it. Picked it up a bit in the last third, but I had a great time running for the first time in a while. Calves and quads are extremely sore.
