Today was incredibly difficult and a little discouraging. Still I stayed in it and stayed with Juliana the whole time. I really wanted to fall off but figured if I did I would have no hope of staying tough and mentally positive on Saturday.

First 800 of the final mile was SO slow, so we really picked it up in the last 800. Juliana helped so much. Even though it sucked, I'm glad I didn't fall back.
