Long Run

Comments:
Took it out very easy with Ryan and we ran together the whole way. It was really enjoyable to just relax with him, and we went at a pretty good clip for the second half without much effort, which was nice. I didn't plan to go fast on the last two miles on the flat, but I accidentally picked it up hard on the 11th mile, and with a mile to go, there was a guy way ahead looking back at me, so I decided to catch him. My last two were about 6:15 and 5:45. Whoops. Good thing it felt super easy. Taking it slow tomorrow and ready to go. 1 week.
