Didn't have a watch but I ran with my old high school coach (he is in his late 50's now) so the pace was slow, which is fine. I was planning on this being a down week, but I think I might run again tonight and get 60. I was looking at the calendar and if I want to get a month at 70 before preseason, I need to get moving.
