Comments:
We ran to AU, did warmups there, and did 8 (I think, maybe 6) striders before running 4x 200 with full recovery. I didn't feel great, but I enjoyed getting on my toes and sprinting. Connor really impressed me with his first 200, which was 27 or 28 seconds. While my times weren't great, they were a large improvement from last year, so I'm not complaining. I was familiarized with what winter track will be like, as this way my first practice post daylight savings time.
