Steady Run

Comments:
Started out as a steady run with about 12 o the boys team (some were doing the reno workout, and the girls team was at the secret something or another). The pace started out a little bit faster than comfortable, but I stuck with it because I didn't want to be running alone, and the next group was a ways back. Sahil, Noah B, Charlie and I ended up running together. The pace felt tiring, but not significantly so until around Sidwell on the way back. At that point, Sahil recognized my discomfort and slowed down the pace, pointing out the no training we do this week will actually effect saturday's meet. Nevertheless, I feel as though this was good mental training more than anything else, for now I know that I can keep up with these guys for much longer than I thought.
