Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Long sprint workout. Showed up late again because thermo didn't let out until like 5:40pm. Workout was repeat 2's. Supposed to be 7 x 200m with 3 minutes rest between. Target pace 28-31. Felt okay but after the third one it started getting rough. My left hamstring was definitely tired from the time trial earlier and the workout wasn't helping with that.
Splits: 29.8, 29.0, 28.3, 30.9, 31.1
Lift:
Bench Press: 10x155, 5x175, 3x185, 1x200 (first time I've ever gotten 200 on the bench!)
Ice bath x 10 minutes
