Yoga!!

Comments:
As we approach championships, I find myself getting more and more nervous, partially from the excitement, and partially from the lack of exertion (due to tapering). Today, we ran the half-mile around GDS and went inside to the THIRD FLOOR lobby. There, we did some Pilates (instructed by Cori), a set of 2 pushups and 2 sit-ups (just to make us feel like we weren't doing nothing), and proceeded to do some yoga. After we were enlightened by Anthony's oldest daughter, Leah, we had a nice, long stretch. Afterwards, we meditated while Anthony shared some closing thoughts. I left the room feeling relaxed and more prepared than ever for my race.
