Jump ROpe and Elliptical

Comments:
Elliptical for 24 minutes as a tempo, got through 4 miles so i dont know if the distance is right but it was a good workout. Started jumping rope after, made the ankle a bit sore but was a great workout. I am still jumping more with my right leg though.
