Hill Program on Level 5 (I think.) Average speed of about 83 (I think.)
Proud of myself for being able to walk the dogs, get supper ready for CC, and then still have the stuborn energy to walk to the FH and do this workout.
I did some core work afterward. Push-ups are still really hard for me but I was able to easily complete 10 pull-ups. Go figure.
