Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Very exited to finally be back, despite the disturbing lack of seniors. Today, after warming up with two laps around the field and a static stretch (no dynamic drills so that we could be done before dark), we ran laps around the block. I was surprised at how good I was feeling, so, knowing that I had enough running experience to do so, I ran up front with Noah B, Noah K, Silas, Sahil, Charlie, Lyle, Matt G, and Jacob. We were going fairly briskly (I now know that Silas likes to push the pace), and once we got the the fifth lap it was just me, Jacob, Noah K, Sahil, and Silas. Jacob and I finished our fifth lap (leaving them to do another) and went inside to join the team in a set of planks and 2 sets of pushups. Pretty exiting start to what I hope to be a strong season
