Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Usual lap around the block and drills. Went out to Cactus Cantina and back as a big group, although some turned back at Sidwell. I felt pretty good the whole way strength wise, but I was getting some stitches, which I expect are a result from dehydration (brought on by the illusion of hydration that the cold provides). Even though I wasn't feeling perfect, I felt good, and my breathing was steady (something I try to focus on in the cold). Once we got back inside, we did 2 sets of pushups and some different crunches (not all of the progression). It's crazy to me that just four months ago I was running 5k races slower than today's run.
