it was very cold out but overall i was a good workout. 4 200s were 41, 39, 39, 39. 1000s- 3:55, 3:57, 4:00. 4 200s, 39, 39, 35, 35
only thing that bothered me were my shins, they usually hurt when i transition to track workouts.
