Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did the Four Mile Loop backwards today with Noah K, Silas, Noah B, Charlie, Nathan, Gillian, Jadyn, and Simone. The run felt good, but once we got to the Mass Ave Hill I hit a wall. My legs were not only unusually tired, but REALLY cold (I forgot tights). Thankfully, Noah K, Silas, and Charlie doubled back and let me rejoin them at Ward Circle, where I got back into a rhythm. Once we got back, I did 2 sets of pushups, 2 sets of superpeople, and 2 sets of dead-bugs (60). I then went down to the weight room to try out the distance routine. It felt like a balanced, adequately challenging routine. I expect to be sore tomorrow. Even though I left school a little late, it was worth it, as I am really hoping to help my musculature catch up to the endurance I acquired during cross country.
