My first ever Orange Theory class. It burned! Felt great afterwards

Class consisted of:
15 min interval running on treadmill
10min weights- resistance band pulls, one-leg squats, push-up
6min treadmill- 6-8 incline
8min weights- one arm sliding pushups, ab resistance bands, one leg side squats, dumbbell lifts, etc
10min rows/arm curls
5min cool down/stretch
