Weather: 2:00 sunny, warmer-almost 50.
Comments:
Hips not as sore as I thought they'd be after doing ab/adductor exercises. Hammies were another story though. Maybe taking short steps will make me faster in the long run, I know I always overstrike as it is. Overall felt pretty good. Lungs getting a bit better every day.
Walked the dogs probably about 5mi today after, found some awesome trails right behind my house. A little steep for me right now, but soon ...
Ups after. Very sore though.
