Comments:
Wasnt in good conditions because it was windy and rainy,even poured at some points. Suppose to be 4x1000 @ 3:57 with 1 minute rest but kept on hitting 4:00-4:04. the 2's were also hard to hit 39, Kept hitting 40. I dont know if it was the weather conditions or because its hard to do a workout alone.
