Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Didn't mean to run this hard, but with two miles to go I saw 8-minute mile pace well within reach, so I ended up cruising the last two in 15:20 or so to get there. Felt pretty good, calf didn't bother me too much during the run, but it did get sore/tight afterwards. Plan on long, EASY run tomorrow.
