Comments:
I had trouble warming up. I didn't have gloves, I was off by a second or two each lap for the tempo but I was consistent. Mile 1: 6:50, at 2 miles my watch was at 13:32. It wasn't hard breathing, or running wise. Just cold I guess.
200s were off the first two, again only by a second. I was getting a bit frustrated. I took a breath or two to recollect my self. Finished up strong.
Great workouts for me :) Boy does pool running work.
