workout was okay, then again I could not hit my time for the workout. It was hard for me to focus and keep looking at my splits so I went off of feel and I'm not exactly sure the exact distance I stopped because I lost count of laps and although the GPS said I was over 3 miles I know it calculates wrong on the track
