tomorrow Diet and Matt are coming in early, so being realistic this will be my last one of the year (guess I'm still just not quite there yet motivation wise to force myself out the door)
Felt good and relaxed. Legs still feel loose and good. lungs much better than yesterday but still coughing this morning from the exertion, ha.
