Exercise Type: Run

Had a fever again yesterday so I decided to save the workout for today. I did the whole thing, but I was really slow...
1 mile warm up, drills, 6x30m all out, 1 mile brisk
8x200 at race pace (goal 37-38 sec) with 12-15 sec rest
I hit 38, 41, 42, 44, 44, 44, 44, 42
Steve did it with me and that helped a lot. I felt so dead though. I'm glad I didn't quit but I'm a little discouraged by my performance. I have 3 weeks to get ready for Spartan Tartan, and my goal is to run under 2:30.
Then we did 4.5 "brisk" miles. I think we were a little slow, my legs felt so heavy. We finished at a quicker pace so that was good.
My knee started hurting when we started doing the faster stuff (30m). Didn't notice it too much during the 200s but I did during the miles at the end.
Did myrtle and stretched
