Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 2pm, 48 out! felt like spring

May as well rename the "City Trail" after me since I guess I'm the only one that uses it...Felt pretty good today so I went a bit further, also wanted to go up to see if any of the other trails are seeing more use to see if it will be feasible to do a long run on them this week. Looks like a no, but I may drive up to the dirt road by the golf course to get in some good distance when I do finally make it out for one.

City trail up the access road all the way to the NFS station/trail head. Took a lot longer to get to that pain-turning-into-despair feeling, got it again a bit on the way back doing the uphill. Overall feel stronger though. Can actually feel muscle building up around my knee/quads. a minute faster on the return again--more impressive today since there was more uphill on the return.
