Lodge Progression Run

Comments:
Ran the first 7.1 miles at my normal training pace, but once I came off of lodge road I increased my pace for the last 1.9 miles. Wasn't sure what pace I was hitting while I was running. Based on feel I felt like I was moving faster than tempo pace but still comfortable for 2 miles. Timed the last mile at 5:25 so the pick-up ended up being about goal 5k pace. Very pleased with how this run turned out.
