Probably didn't need the tights today, maybe tomorrow.

Same course as yesterday again, a little faster again. I think i'll keep that one in the repertua to see where I'm at. Realized that my body (cardio and legs) have been feeling fine, i've just been zoning out when I get up to the dirt path up at Buckskinner. Maybe I'm too focused on the ice/snow/slush, but either way, today I realized it and got back into my rhythm right after zoning out, hence the faster pace. Didn't really feel like that much more effort, and the way back felt a ton better because I had maintained that pace.

Feel great today, good day at work, good run, feel strong and sharp, long run tm and brewing my DIPA recipe finally. Pretty pumped.
