Bumping up weekly milage

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 40's, pretty humid. Sun came out about 30 sec after I got back in, ha

Comments:
Run felt really good, got super muddy up the backs of my legs which felt good to get dirty again. I was realizing earlier today that I don't think I ever really did long runs last time I trained for a race. Whoops, I bet that did me in a bit. Todays run felt a lot easier than I expected and I attribute it to the long run the other day.

Sherman to 6th to Sheridan to the city trail. Did the 2 mi loop, then returned all the way up Sheridan (that hill is apparently much less climb than it looks, but I sure felt it at the end of this one). Hit the trail, then went down to Pine to Sherman and home.

Ups after. I'll make myself use the roller today. I feel a lot more flexible lately and I want to keep that up.
