Comments:
Paced a friend in local 5k...he ran a 18:27 and we went out in 5:47, so it wasnt much faster then a regular. 5:47 felt so easy, it felt like one of my regualar which I have no clue what pace I've been going so I think I might of been running quicker then what I thought so thats a plus.
