Comments:
First real long run of the summer...first 8 was really around 7-7:30 pace then I picked it up to catch some OSU guys...ran the end of there tempo with them so I did a couple miles around 5:20 pace then just went 6:00 pace on the way back so the pace was kind of all over the place...felt good though and 5:20 pace didnt feel hard
