Comments:
Couple miles easy to test out the calf...the first day it felt like I could possibly run on it since last friday...it felt ok still a little tight but it loosened up after I stretched it out after the run...I've stretching it everday but it just kept cramping right back up...could really walk right till yesterday so I wanna be careful on it...stayed away from calf strength exercises at therapy this week so I think it will be fine in a couple days
