1.5 mile cool down on elliptical
Wasn't super happy with my 200s and I'm a little nervous for the race on Friday, but the tempo went better than last week!
Circuit type lift: lunges/pushups, med ball, pull ups/jump rope, running arms, leg extensions/leg swings
