Comments:
Did hills in the cemetery today, definitely a struggle but a good workout.
Ran to the hill, did drills.
12 200m hills, jog back down. I didn't finish first on all the hills but I finished all 12 so I was happy with that.
Ran back to veale, bear, stretching
