Really exhausteddd body. Layed around all day T-net came over to see if we wanted to run at Mendon. Hell yeah!!! Drove out there with Johns and T-net and started up a long hill. After 15 min i thought i would die out there. But ended up doing my longest run in months! Felt great out there. Great run. Came back to Sealander having a steak cooked for me. Yeah baby. Homework tonight.
