Weather: Indoors on the treadmill
Comments:
Worked my way up to 180 bpm, or at least tried to. I maxed the treadmill out and still felt pretty good! 2 mile cooldown afterwards. This was all in my gym class. Power afterwards,but that was all sprints and lifting.
