felt very good on the first half then the last half was horrible. i couldn't breathe and something felt tight in my chest. egh. it was also super windy and it was raining and cold. kind of a miserable run.

splits: 10:02, 8:39, 9:21.

extra: 3x20 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats.
