Comments:
We all did out and backs along Wisconsin and I turned around at M street running with Zeke, Josh and Kravitz for the vast majority of the run. Luckily we were able to negative split by two seconds, 25:16, 25:14. 1:30 planks, leg lifts, 20 clams, 30 supermen, 30 pushups.
