Comments:
Ran the tempo on the track today and I felt really good. Normally, I hate treadmills, but I really had a good time. I did the first three miles (~17 minutes) at 8.8mph and 4.0% incline. The next three I did at 9.3mph and 5.5% incline. The last mile was at 9.6mph and 5.5% incline. It felt super easy the entire way. I had a lot of fun. Stretched really well after and doing core tonight. Will take it easy the next two days since this was a lot of time on my feet.
