Comments:
Woke up early to do the workout and it was a bit weird. The first two sets were cool but with six left they got a bit tough. The last four were a roller coaster I forgot how it feels to run that fast. Overall it was a great workout but I'm sure getting the speed in will help later.

I ran with the guys later as a double we got dropped off at Golden Gate Bridge and ran back to school. The weather was nice and we also had recruits. Nice to get a double in.
