Comments:
We had practice before the butt crack of dawn today, but surprisingly it went really well.
Warm up, drills, 4x30m sprints
600 at 800 race pace (1:44 - 33,34,35 I think)
This was really difficult but also super encouraging. So pumped for Saturday.
4x150 flys - these felt pretty tough
Cooled down a mile
