Comments:
Ran with the guys at Sawywer Camp. It was an 8mi tempo and we started at 5:52 and dropped the pace a bit quicker. I felt smooth and strong. Overall it was a great workout.
Did a super easy 4mi run at work for the Run Club, it actually made my legs feel better. I was swamped when I got home but I drank plenty of water the whole day and some Gatorade. I also ate plenty after both runs and eight away. I snacked on walnuts and tangerines.
