Comments:
Did the workout later in the evening today on the treadmill. Went through stages of feeling good, then tired, then good again. Here is how it went.

0-10 minutes: 8.5mph 5% incline HR: 164
10-20 minutes: 9.0mph 5% incline HR: 166
20-30 minutes: 9.0 mph 5% incline HR: 165
30-40 minutes: 10mph 5% incline HR: 170

I don't know why I picked it up so much at the end, but it was fine. Stretched a lot and will do core later.
