1st Day Training Run

Weather: Cloudy/Low 20's

Comments:
Easy run to get back into things. 6:49 pace over 6.0 miles. Moderate terrain over roads. Hit wall around the 5th mile but worked through it smoothly. Did not force the issue. Felt fairly good and even backed off a little halfway through the training run.
