Weather: humid!!!

Comments:
I have not sweat this much in a long time. Did some fun drills after warmup. Two sets of forward/backward lunges and two times around a four stop circuit (bleacher jumps, planks, jump rope, prisoner squats) for minute on each stop. Then run 30 minutes and right into 2 mile progressive tempo on track. Not sure what splits were but we got well under 6:00 pace for last mile. Fun stuff.
