So I decided I needed to do an actual workout for once so I went to to track to do at-pace intervals with lots of rest and all of them but one ended up being too fast. I wanted 86's and was really happy I was able to do so many of them and still feel pretty good. I went a lot faster on the last one, partially because I wanted to use that energy because I felt like I was holding back most of the time, and partly because Tim happened to be running so I had someone to chase. It ended up being perfect, actually: I passed him like 3 meters before the line.
Anyway, great workout. It'll be a good one to build off of.
