Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran pretty much exactly what I thought I was in shape to run. Split 2:14 through 800 (I think) and honestly felt smooth doing it. I didn't close amazingly, but it wasn't terrible either. It's hard to describe, but there was something that had been missing in my previous races that I felt like I got back as far as being to run a solid pace comfortably. I didn't feel like I was struggling for once. All things considered I'm satisfied with my indoor season and what I was able to do after a lost cross one. I should be running PR's in spring, (barring sickness or injury).
