Comments:
This was an excellent workout. I did the exact workout yesterday and the goal was to be faster on every lap and be faster than I was yesterday. Right from the start I was pushing a good pace and was able to turn around and finish the second lap strong. The start the third lap was difficult and I had slow mile but I was also kind of using that time to breath and recover and let the legs to the work. I picked the pace up and was able to pull off third lap although not as fast as the second. I don't really remember the last lap...I was just running hard.
Its a great start to March and with just 20 days until the race its a great way to start off the week. I also did a mile cool down each day to bring the total mileage to almost 8 per day.
