1K's and One Mile

Comments:
During the warm up I felt pretty good. I brought both my flats and spikes. I chose the flats for the 1k's and the Victories for the Mile. The first two sets of the 1K I felt sluggish and I was trying to get into a rhythm. For sets three, four, and five I felt better which was good because they were a bit quicker. For the mile I felt great as well I was getting a bit ancy to take the pace after the first lap but stayed patient. I felt like I cruised it and could go faster. Overall a great workout. Overall a 10mi day.
