I started March strong but seem to have fallen off the past few days. I still hit 28 miles last week despite only running 4 days and today was just a mini workout but at least I got a workout in. I am starting to feel ill, I got a bad cough. Not really a fever or anything at this point but it could easily turn into that. I am trying to drink a lot of cold water to try and flush my system out or at least hydrate myself with something other than mountain dew! There are 14 days until the halfathon championships! I need to be smart, get over this little cold and be ready to perform in 14 days!
