Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I took it easier today and only did 4. We did a mile on the track, and a campus loop. It was a good run for me. I got a side stitch during the second mile and fell off from the group. I'm just going to do a pace I feel comfortable with on my runs, and I'll eventually catch up to the girls. I foam rolled after for a bit. I did some upper body and abs in the gym with Rachel. I plan on doing abs sometime tonight.
Just been really tired. Really need this spring break, I might get my iron check as well during the break.
