I was planning on a 30-40 minute run today and to go to the gym for strength work but I've been a little sick all weekend and felt terrible when I tried to run so I kept it very short and slow. Happy that I was able to get out a little bit though and hopefully I'll be feeling good enough to get back to a normal length run tomorrow.
